While being a student is a full-time job, I have plenty of hobbies and interests outside of school.

Sports are a big part of my life. Given I'm from central Pennsylvania, I am a big football fan who cheers for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Nittany Lions. I also enjoy playing all of the big-name sports: soccer, baseball, and basketball.

My love for the environment extends beyond the classroom. I've been to the Caribbean a few different times. As a result, snorkeling has become one of my favorite activities. Unfortunately, I have seen my fair share of coral disease while snorkeling on a family trip in Bermuda and a field studies trip in Curaçao.

I have become passionate about sustainable food systems because of my education at Shippensburg. Growing food in my home garden is very important to me. I also love helping out at our university campus farm.

The photo on the left is from my internship at Tri-County Regional Planning Commission in Harrisburg in 2025. I was a traffic count/GIS intern. In the photo is an AI assisted class count camera I help set up in northern Cumberland County.
